However, since all the products are handmade, there may be a marginal variation in size, colour or shape when compared to the images displayed on the website. We put in our best efforts to deliver the same product that is displayed on the website, however, in case the selected product is not available, we will give you an option of choosing from a similar product. If there is any damage or defect in the product, please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving the product along with the pictures at info@chiknimitti.com
